Prove You Are Mature and Obedient: Be My Dog for the Day: I want a puppy so bad, but my stepdad keeps saying no. He says that dogs are too unmanageable and needy. Sure, they need supervision and firm correction, but I can handle it, and I’m going to do whatever I can to prove it. In fact, my stepdad got an idea of how I could do it. He said that I had to experience how much control puppies need, so he got me a collar and some dog ears and asked me to act like one. If all I had to do to get my way was follow his every command, I was ready. I’m going to show him how obedient I can be, no matter what he asks me to do. Series: Family Dick.
